Housing Opportunities Meals Empowerment (H.O.M.E.) Resource Center provides a warm bed for 50 homeless individuals (28 men and 22 women).

Overnight Homeless Shelter offers bed, showers, 3 meals/day, laundry, wrap-around services

Migrant Center
The Hollister Migrant Housing Center is open to families from the months of May through November. This center provides subsidized housing to migrant agricultural working families.
The purpose of the Migrant Housing Center is to provide safe, decent and affordable seasonal rental housing and support services for migrant farmworker families during the peak harvest season.

Helping Hands is considered a Permanent housing program for chronically homeless individuals and families with disabilities. (Disability/Medical diagnoses must be supported by documentation certified physician or therapist)
Requirements

Medically needy and:

Must be homeless for 12 months consecutive or
-
4 episodes + in the past 3 years;
-
Defined as HUD definition of “living in a place not meant for human habitation”. (Homeless verification required by third party)

Must be referred by CoC
